From the time I remember first being conscious, I was deeply captivated by these soft and curious creatures. They moved with a unique and powerful feminine grace. Their fuzzy little heads held high, as if so very self assured. Cats own themselves. That made it all the more special for a cat to brush up against you and let you give it pets.
